Payments
For Local Moves payments are made to the driver in full at the end of your requested removal service. If you require a move going out of the local area or from another area to this area a Deposit is usually required to secure your preferred date & time. With the remainder payment made on the day of the move either in Cash or by Credit/Debit Card Payment Deposits When requested, to secure your booking date and time slot we take a non-refundable deposit. You can change your moving date or time once up to 72 hours before your booked slot to a different date or time (subject to our availability) , your deposit will move across to your new booking date and time. You can only do this once. Cancellation or any changes to dates within 72 hours of start time up to 12 hours before start time of your move will result in loss of your full deposit. Cancellation of your booking within 12 hours of start time will result in FULL payment for the booking being required.
